We were hesitant to list our house. For the record my husband doe not like most realtors, that was one of the reasons he didn’t want to move. I talked him into just meeting with a few realtors and after Carol and George left we put it on the market. I thought I needed to do a ton of upgrades but with Carol’s supreme knowledge we just did the minimal. We got multiple offers within days of listing. We ended up selling in one week over asking price. George and Carol were awesome throughout the whole process. I can not recommend them enough. They really are the best!
